Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Just follow our simple return process and we will issue you a credit in the original form of payment. Credit will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned merchandise once we confirm the following conditions of the item(s):
1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
2. Merchandise was ordered directly from Cutie 123 and supported by a Cutie 123 invoice. Original invoice must be included in the package in order to receive credit back for the full amount paid for the merchandise. If the original invoice is not included, credit will only be given in the amount of the current price of the shoes at the time we receive your return merchandise.
3. Merchandise is in its original packaging in unused, unworn and in saleable condition. Please DO NOT tape the original shoe box to return the item. Items must have an outer shipping box otherwise we will refuse the package.
4. Merchandise was not a “Sale” item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
5. If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size, ship the item(s) back to us and place a new order and pay for any new shipping charges. Once we receive the items we will issue a full refund on your purchase.
Merchandise Return Procedure
1. Completely fill out the Merchandise Return Form and return with merchandise. Merchandise returned without the completely filled out Merchandise Return Form is subject to a 10% service charge.
2. Please return the package to the address shown on the packing slip. If you have misplaced your packing slip, please contact us via email and we will be glad to provide you with the address.
3. For returns due to Cutie 123’s shipping error or a manufacturing defect, there are special instructions. Please contact us via email and include your contact information. We will provide you with specific instructions on how to handle the return.
Credit Issuance Policy
1. Credit will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned merchandise. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
2. Full credit will be given on goods returned due to manufacturing defects or Cutie 123’s shipping error. In either case, Cutie 123 will also reimburse the applicable shipping charge to the customer.
3. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Credit will only be given for the amount paid for the merchandise, unless the reason for the return was an error on our part.
4. No credit will be given on goods that have been altered in any way, or show signs of intentional tampering or excessive wear. Cutie 123 reserves the right for the final judgment in this regard.
